Management consulting in China 

Management consulting refers to the provision of business services, but there are numerous specialties, such as IT consulting, HR consulting, virtual management consulting and others. So-called ”boutique” consultancies, however, are smaller organizations focusing upon one, or just a few of, such specialties. Human resource consulting and IT consulting in China

HR consulting is an industry emerging from management consulting and addressing HRM tasks and decisions. In addition to that, it may also include legal counseling, global initiatives, investments consulting and implementation of HR technologies to facilitate human capital management.

The top five revenue generating firms are Mercer, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Towers, Watson, Aon (now merged with Hewitt), and PwC consulting (a wholly owned subsidiary of IBM). Other major players include Towers Watson, Hewitt Associates, Hay Group, Ma Foi Randstad (part of the Dutch Randstad Holding), and Buck Consultants.

The IT consulting companies in China include Neusoft Group in Shenyang, VanceInfo in Beijing, and some small consulting companies.
